When will your order ship?
We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect when you place an order with us:

How long does processing time take?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. (Orders are not shipped on weekends and public holidays)

When will I receive my order?
    • Within Germany: 1-3 business days after shipment ( Delivery by DHL/DPD/UPS)
    • Other European Union countries: 1-3 business days after shipment ( Delivery by DHL)
    All timelines are calculated from the time of shipment from the warehouse (excluding weekends and holidays)
    Remote areas within the European Union countries may be extended by an additional 1-3 business days.
    10-15 days delivery after shipment to European countries outside the EU.

    How much will shipping cost?
    We ship orders over €50 to most Europe regions with free shipping, (orders under €49.99 with €14.99 shipping fee) except some outlying islands and overseas territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

    Additional shipping fees of €19.99 apply to the following regions, and will be calculated on the checkout page.
    If the product is not delivered:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. To check your delivery status:

    1. Visit our Order Tracking page: https://eu.plaud.ai/apps/17TRACK
    2. Enter your:
    • Order number (found in your confirmation email)
    • Registered email address
    3. Click "Track" to view real-time shipping updates

    Reporting lost or damaged packages
    Please contact us promptly in the following cases:
    • Not received delivery confirmation (more than 5 working days)
    • The logistics information has not been updated for a long time (more than 3 working days)
    • Wrong or damaged goods are received
    If we experience a high volume of orders, there might be slight delays in delivery. In such cases, we will send you an email reminder. Please allow a few extra days, especially if there are adverse weather conditions affecting deliveries.
